Last Easter Sunday, this creative photoshoot was a blast with the immensely talented Miye Bishop. We started with a shiny session, with mylar on the floor and one a stand— using bounced light. I wasn’t able to get the exact effect I had anticipated. The photos I have seen with this effect usually contain sequins outfits, but I love Miye’s gold dress with this lighting. Then we went to even more dramatic lighting, with a monochrome photo shoot. Both these looks are a little different to my usual one light style- but was so much fun to experiment with lighting. I adore working with Miye! I lost count how many sessions we have had together. But I would do a photoshoot with her anytime, anywhere. Thanks Miye for your great friendship, and being a fantastic dancer & a terrific muse!
