i had so much fun working with the very talented Lauren thompson, and jacob ashley as photo assistant! Lauren trusted me, as i threw in a last minute curve ball- a different color background. for those who do not know me, i started as a black and white film photographer. i still gravitate to monochrome and analogous color schemes. this color scheme is closer to a primary color scheme. adding this background pushed me as an artist and my color comfort zone. i really like how bold these photos look, not just by the incredible poses, but the colors really pop. i am considering doing more primary color schemes- yellow/blue, blue/red, and red/yellow. thanks again, lauren, jacob & madison ballet!!!
