kat stiennon, ceo of Kat’s photography, is a premier dance photographer. she is award winning and internationally published, with outstanding testimonials from her clients. Kat's knowledge of aesthetics, and her faster than average reaction time, produces: bold, moody, dramatic, dynamic, creative, elegant, & artistic photographs.
It was love at first sight when kat got her 1980s Fisher Price camera. Since then, photography has been a big passion in her life. Kat studied b&w film photography in college. Although she went digital, Kat still loves monochromatic photographs. in 2013, she first photographed professional ballet dancers. at which time, she found her purpose and established kat’s photography.
kat has 30+ years of dance study, a friendly disposition, and professionalism. she has been trusted by dancers for over a decade.

kat stiennon photographs with her heart. Professional dancers are photographed gratis. her fine art ballet prints have raised thousands of dollars, via silent auctions: for dance, women, and children’s charities. Kat began her charity mini sessions in 2020 with "The COVID Ballet Project," supporting American Red Cross COVID relief. She has volunteered as a photographer for Make-A-Wish Wisconsin and worked with various art organizations. In her spare time, Kat volunteers at UW Health Kids. Additionally, she is a photography educator and mentor. all done with love.
